Artwork must be supplied in PDF print ready file. Any other format may be subject to an additional charge.

Terms and conditions.
VAT
Most flyer printing jobs are not subject to VAT, however if your artwork is subject to VAT you will be communicated the extra charge applicable, currently 15%.
Proofs
If you require a proof, please contact our office prior to placing an order. An extra charge would be applicable to most proofs.
Delivery
Please note that sometimes the delivery times many vary according to a number of circumstances. All delivery issues must be sent in writing to ourselves and the carrier within 3 workings days of receiving the delivery or in case of complete delivery 21 days after the goods have been despatched.
Please note the turnaround times are estimated and never contractual. flyerprintignnlondon.com & Alright Printing Ltd shall not be help liable in any case for any delivery issues
Payment
All printing jobs must be paid in full prior to the printing process.
Return & refund policy
Refunds/ Return: At Flyerprintinglondon.com, complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact Flyerprintinglondon.com so that we can work with you to make things right. If Flyerprintinglondon.com is made aware of any processing errors within 7 business days of our shipment date, you may return your order, and we will either cheerfully refund your payment, or even more cheerfully replace the faulty documents with correctly processed ones. Processing errors mean that we did not follow your job specifications, and include the following:
1.
Your order was not received.
(Please let us know ASAP if this happens, something is very
wrong.)
2. Image color configuration (not color matching, see below), image size or paper type are not as specified on the order;
3. Finishing has not been performed as specified in the order;
4. Image orientation (landscape or portrait) is not as specified in the order.
Flyerprintinglondon.com cannot offer refunds on the following:
1. Orders that contain customer errors in the PDF file. While we do try to notify our customers of any glaring typos or layout problems, we cannot be held responsible for content errors in files that we print;
2. Customer errors in order specification;
3. Orders damaged in shipping (though we will attempt to figure out what happened, and if possible obtain a refund through UPS, our shipping company);
4. Orders with problems regarding color matching. Color matching is an issue for the entire printing industry, and it is impossible to ever create an exact match between the colors on a user's computer screen and the colors produced by our printers. There are many, many reasons why this is the case, and there is a wealth of information available on the topic through a simple web search. We do guarantee that our colors are accurate to each other, but it is impossible to calibrate our printers to your screen. In a nutshell, your prints may be lighter or darker than on your screen. The colors may have different tones. We do offer free proofs on all of our orders, and if color matching is absolutely critical, we recommend planning extra time for a proof.
5. Orders that are unsatisfactory due to other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation
The customer shall be liable for any cost (up to and including the totality of the job's cost) incurring in case of a job cancellation.
Liability
flyerprintinglondon.com and Alright Printing Ltd give no guaranties of warranties as the representation or fitness for any particular purpose of any printing work supplied. We shall not be held liable for loss created by delay. We shall not be liable for any damage, loss of profit, or any other loss from part of the customer.
Claims
Advice of damaged, non delivered, delay or partial lost of goods must be made in writing to Alright Printing Ltd and the carrier within 3 workings days of the delivery, or in case if non delivery, 21 days of despatch of goods.
All other claims must be made in writing to Alright Printing Ltd within 21 days of delivery.

All terms of contracts with our customers are regulated in accordance with the English law.

Flyerprintinglondon.com is committed to maintaining the
confidentiality of our customers. We do not share, sell, or
otherwise disclose information about our clients to any
other party except as required to process and ship
purchases.
Information Collection
Alright Printing Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on www.flyerprintinglondon.com. Flyerprintinglondon collects information from our users at several different points on our website. We use this information to improve the customer experience.
We do not store any financial information obtained from our customers.
Order
We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for credit card authorization and to fill customers orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer
tied to information about the user. We use persistent
cookies. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on
the user’s hard drive for an extended period of time.
Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet
browser help file directions.
Cookies are used by both the My Flyerprintinglondon and the
Flyerprintinglondon order section in order to uniquely
identify users, associate user files with orders, and to
enable the shopping basket. Our site cannot be used with
cookies turned off.
Log Files
Like most standard website servers, we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.
Customer Service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services. Both our production and customer service staff use email and phone information to communicate with customers about issues pertaining to their orders.
Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.
Third Party Intermediaries
We use outside shipping companies to ship orders. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Business Transitions
If Flyerprintinglondon should go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. If as a result of the business transition, the users’ personally identifiable information is to be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.
Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information.
